How much is shipping?
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is CHF 8.90. Orders from CHF 158 ship free.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days and then sent with Swiss Post.
After dispatch, delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein normally takes 2 to 3 working days.
During drops, busy periods or announced holidays, processing can take longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Return postage is covered by you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at office@chosenstudios.ch.
If the order hasn't been processed or prepared for shipping yet, we'll do our best to help. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations once it's underway.
