1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Chosen Studios online shop.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart.
Once the order is received, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. Chosen Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases, for example obvious pricing errors, lack of availability, or suspected misuse.
3. Prices
All prices in the online shop are shown in Swiss francs (CHF).
Chosen Studios is currently not liable for VAT. Accordingly, no Swiss VAT is shown.
Any additional shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are borne by the customer.
4. Payment
The payment methods available at checkout are shown to the customer before the order is completed.
Payment is due at the time of ordering and is processed using the selected payment method.
Chosen Studios reserves the right to add, change or remove individual payment methods at any time.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are sent to the delivery address given by the customer during checkout.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs and any stated delivery times are shown in the online shop or at checkout.
Stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other circumstances outside the control of Chosen Studios may occur.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information when ordering.

6. Returns and refunds
Chosen Studios grants a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the order.
To be returned, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition. All original tags must still be attached.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different size is wanted, the original item can be returned under our returns policy and a new order placed.

7. Cancellations
If an order is to be cancelled, Chosen Studios must be contacted as soon as possible.
A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed, prepared for shipping or dispatched.
8. Damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items
The customer should check the order on receipt.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or the wrong item is delivered, Chosen Studios should be contacted promptly at office@chosenstudios.ch.
Once the case has been reviewed, an appropriate solution will be offered.
The customer's statutory rights in respect of defective products remain unaffected.
9. Product presentation and availability
Chosen Studios makes every effort to present product images, colours, materials, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Depending on screen, device and display settings, colours in particular may differ slightly from the actual product.
Products can only be ordered while they are available. Chosen Studios reserves the right to withdraw products or product variants at any time.
10. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to their own conditions, durations or restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no entitlement to combine multiple discount codes or promotions.
Chosen Studios reserves the right to refuse or correct discounts that have clearly been used improperly or granted due to a technical error, as far as legally permitted.
11. Liability
Chosen Studios is liable in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
Liability for damage arising from improper use of the products, or from circumstances outside the reasonable control of Chosen Studios, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
12. Intellectual property
Content of the online shop, in particular trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, text and other content, may not be reproduced, distributed or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior consent of Chosen Studios, where legally protected.
Third party rights remain reserved.
13. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy published on the website.
The online shop is operated through Shopify. As part of using the shop, personal data may therefore be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to fulfil the order.
14. Changes to these terms
Chosen Studios may amend these terms and conditions as required.
The version published at the time an order is completed applies to that order.
15. Applicable law
These terms and conditions and the contractual relationship between Chosen Studios and the customer are governed by Swiss law.
Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular mandatory consumer protection rules, remain unaffected.
