Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return window. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for a return

To be accepted for return, an item must be:

• unworn and unused
• unwashed
• in its original condition
• with all original tags still attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Requesting a return

To request a return, contact us at office@chosenstudios.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you.

The original shipping cost is not refunded, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will look into it and find an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
