Where we ship
Chosen Studios currently ships within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.
Shipping cost
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs CHF 8.90 per order. Orders from CHF 158 ship free.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of being placed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During unusually high order volumes, particularly around a drop, processing may take longer.
If we are temporarily away or closed, processing times may differ. In that case we will state the expected delay clearly in the shop before you order.
Delivery time
Orders are sent with Swiss Post.
Once handed over to Swiss Post, delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein normally takes 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control cannot be entirely ruled out.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when ordering.
If you notice a mistake in your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at office@chosenstudios.ch. We cannot guarantee a change once the order has been processed or dispatched.
